when i download for more than 1 hour i got limited access to internet ,,,i have unlimited bundle,

when this problem occurs the router status shows everything is ok ,, connected and signal strength is very good ,, its like if the router takes the signal but doesn't send it out to any connected device and my ISP says there no problem with my subscription,

but still got no access to the internet from laptop and android mobile and wired connected laptop

and i need to reboot the router every 2 hours then the connection back

things i have already tried :

1- restart the router

2- factory reset

3- connect my laptop and my samsung phone wirelessly

4- connect the laptop through Ethernet cable

5- give the DHCP more reservation time

6- used static IP from router and from windows 7

7- optain IP address automatically

8- choose specific standard wfi channel (router config)

9- auto wifi standard channel (router config)

i use BANDLUXE R509m 4G LTE router
windows 7
samsung galaxy s7 egde
dell i7 laptop

Solution
Take a close look at your router's settings and all networked devices. Especially the LAN adapters. Could be some power saving function or sleep mode feature starting after an hour.

Something buggy or improperly configured.

Failing the above, it is probably time to call your ISP and report the problems especially if you are not getting the service(s) you are paying for.

They should be able to run some tests from their end.

Start documenting the problems: dates, time, who you speak with etc. May take several more calls to get to the right person who can truly help.
