Looking to help my friend build a new PC. He put a build together on PC partpicker and wanted some second opinions. Is there anything i should swap out, or any adjustments i should make. We kno the heat sink should be swapped for one that can fit. The builds goal is for gaming at 60fps or higher at 1080p on all video games. The budget for this build is around 1400. I'd drop the CPU cooler, the stock R7 1700 comes with a very effective boxed cooler-probably the best boxed cooler currently available.
The current power supply isn't a top class part, consider swapping it fro something from tier 1 or 2: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html Note, this is getting on a bit now.
