Pc goes in "bootloop"

So basicly when i try to turn on the pc it boots and then after some seconds it stops and the it boots again. I said "some" because it depends on what i have installed. So for example if i have my r7 360 installed it will take a shorter amount to "reset" while without the gpu the pc takes longer to restart. I think is a psu but it could be anything

Lga 1155 intel dq77mk
8gb of ram (2x4)

Didnt worked but when i removed both sticks the computer beeped and when it reseted it didnt. And after turning it on again it will only beep if i hold the power button a bit more but the it will turn off.

I will get an evga 550w psu if its enough for my gpu

Nope it still doesnt work. Next thing to try is resetting bios
