HP Printer Photocopy is shrunk, how to fix?

Hi all,

The printer in my office everytime I photocopy something, the end result printed is shrunken and compressed. I tried going through all the settings on the printer and it is set to print at original size (100%), but it is still compressed and squished when it prints. Why is this? Is this a hardware issue? This happened out of the blue one day and hasnt reverted ever since.

What specific model HP printer? How old?

Do you have the User Guide/Manual?

Is the printer on a network? Are you aware of any recent firmware updates?

Who else can use the printer either directly or via a network connection?

HP Laserjet Pro MFP M127fw, not sure how old. Over a year atleast.
No manual
Printer is connected to the wiFi, unaware of any updates.
Anyone can use the printer if they set it up with their computer i imagine. As far as I know, only I use this printer via network.

Also check to see if anyone else is having the same problem.

Printer may need a firmware update.
