I know there's many thread based on this but I just wondered if anyone would know exactly what the issue is based on my problems.

Computer turns off after a second of being on, The computer just completely turned off while I was playing a game and can't turn on properly since...

Lights are powered on the motherboard.

Don't have any spare components here to test what's broken unfortunately.

Specs:
CPU: i7 6700k Skylake
RAM: 2x 8GB DDR4 Corsair Vengance
Mobo: Asus Maximus VIII Hero
GPU: MSI 980TI
PSU: Corsair CP-9020093-UK 850 W

What I've tried:
Taken out battery.
Put ram sticks in different areas with multiple and singular combos in slots
Removed motherboard and breadboarded it.
Remvoed all cables aside from power and cpu fans.
Tried powering it with different cables.

PS: After i flipped the switch a few times on my PSU it cut out the power of my apartment....

Any information is appreciated, I just want to narrow it down so I don't have to go around replacing everything to find the problem.

Thanks for your time :)

I haven't had the chance to send it to a shop but I took my psu into a local pc shop and they confirmed it working perfectly fine when they tested it.

I took out my CPU to see if just putting it in and out would make a difference and i noticed some pins are actually bent on the motherboard socket!

Could this possibly be what's preventing my system from starting and would this have damaged a PCU?

I bent the pins back into place, looked like new in my opinion.

Connected up all cables i needed and flicked the switch, but the power of my aparment went out again, does this even sound like it could be a motherboard or CPU problem?
