I have bought a used monitor. Everything is working fine except there are horizontal lines glitching up and my screen. It's fine when I am doing nothing but as soon as I start doing something it just glitches. I have seen others have the same problem. They are both 60Hz but one has like 59.xxxx and the other has 59.xxx. What do I do?
