Are my bios up to date ? cuz i noticed my fans aren't spinning,sometimes 1 of them does, sometimes the other does randomly o.o

You can clearly see, that your GPU is overheating.

Clear out dust from your system using compressed air.
Improve cooling of your system.

I did so but seems fans at gpu aren't working like they should be :((

Opened my GPU for 1st time after 4 years and replaced thermal paste + cleaned dust of it, still having same issue while playing PUBG , temp hits 100 - 102 C then fps go drops immeditely from 60+ to 25-30 FPS, Is it possible an update at win 10 or something else causing for GPU to hit 102c ? Just checking if i can solve it myself cuz replacing fans won't be easy since i need specfic fans not random ones or getting something off ebay at my country is kinda pain.
