Hello, i have built a new system, and i have had non stop issues with the mouse stuttering, and audio cracking.

I have been trying to fix this issue for a week or so now and i am ready to throw in the towel.
I have narrowed it down to a DPC latency issue there are three processes that keep showing an issue which are :
dxgkrnl.sys
tcpip.sys
ndis.sys
image below.

Things i have tried:
Reinstalling and updating all drivers.
Updating bios
Re installing windows (Multiple times)
Thermals are not an issue.

I really do not know what to do now, any help or suggestions would be great.

System info:
PSU: EVGA Supernova 650w 80+ gold

CPU: ryzen 1600
RAM: Corsair vengance lpx 2x8GB sticks CMK16Gx4m2a2666c18

Are you running stock CPU and 2133 RAM speed? When you mention latest drivers, are they from Windows Update or direct from Gigabyte? Also, do the issues occur immediately after installing Windows, or after you start installing drivers/updates? BTW...nice build! :)

Thanks man, its my first watercooled build, and first gaming pc build really! Its a shame to have these software issues!.
I have downloaded the drivers from the gigabyte website, including chipset, lan, and audio.
Windows has done an update since, do you think this would have installed other drivers?

Also yes stock speeds and 2133 ram.
The latency is not as bad once windows is installed, but not good either.
Once the drivers are installed and updates have been done the latency jumps.

Windows 10 does install drivers over yours by default if they are through Windows update. This can be disable in Device Installation settings in System Info. However, for some folks Windows still overrides this. What other software are you using? I'm asking as I just tested my Ryzen 7 1700 with a Crosshair VI Hero a few weeks back, and had no audio or mouse issues, so it's not going to be a Ryzen issue. Just to narrow things down, have you tried stresstests to check hardware components out? CPU, memory, GPU for example. Worth a show to be sure its a software thing. Any other mice or soundcard to borrow? On a side note, you did an awesome job for first watercooling build :) Bending the tubes I find quite frustrating, haha.

Sorry for the late reply, i'm going to do some stress tests tonight.
I think it could be a mobo issue? im using the Gaming 3 AB350.
The reason i say this is that every so oftern it fails to post.
