i am upgrading my CPU to a AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core 4.0 ghz from an AMD FX-4300 Vishera Quad-Core 3.8 GHz Socket AM3+ 95W FD4300WMHKBOX Desktop Processor
is a 500W PSU good enough for it ?
here are my specs
CPU:amd fx(tm)-4300 quad-core processor, 3.8 Ghz
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1050TI
RAM:16 gb
MOTHERBOARD: ga-78lmt-s2

Honestly? You're using it. I would not spend any more money on that dead socket. You need a platform upgrade, not a new CPU.

Edit: The best would be a 95W 63xx CPU. But the extra module isn't going to make much difference in gaming.
