Hey guys, Hoping someone can help me been going from forum to forum looking to see if someone has any idea what i'm doing wrong or what might be going wrong (just gonna copy and paste this wall should be formatted decent enough)

So I recently switched To comcast after moving to a new apartment got everything set up, Wired connection over cat6 cable for desktop, and of course my very old (important to note) laptop is wireless, And noticed something weird the desktop (Custom built about 1-1/2 years ago) Is only reporting speeds of about 5-8MBps while the laptop is showing at least 25-30MBPS (which seems normal enough for a max of 75MBPS internet). So i call comcast the guy comes out doesn't find anything wrong with any of the coax and doesn't really help much. So I start playing with my comp getting drivers updated for sure even ones that didn't need it just made sure they were installed, ran virus scans (all good) and at this point short of calling comcast again (which i really don't think they can help but idk). It's still just getting horribly slow on Desktop and just fine speeds on laptop. Desktop itself also seems to be running fine on everything else (games, Benchmarks, ect.). So basically my question is what should i be looking for on my PC that could be causing this issue? Here's some specs/ models.

Also using AVG antivirus if it matters did try disabling a few days ago didn't seem to help.
