Hello everyone,

Upgraded PC with:
CPU: Intel G4600
MOBO: Asus H110M-E/M.2
RAM: G. Skill Aegis DDR4 2400

10 hours ago: CS:GO fps on an empty server = up to 500 fps

9 hours ago: I thought that I have a driver problem because I had 2 BSOD's and opening Radeon
settings takes too long.
->Uninstalled a lot of things in safe mode
->PC won't get past log-in screen (MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD loop)

6 hours ago: Restored a system image backup
->Uninstalled old drivers then installed new ones
->Radeon settings opens fast now and everything is working

Now, the problem is: CS:GO fps on an empty server = up to 130 fps only

Tried reinstalling everything yet I don't get different results. There's absolutely a problem here because I saw benchmarks of CS:GO using G4600 with integrated graphics that can reach up to 200 fps. Any help?

Thanks in advance!

Well, its possible. That specific one is often memory related. I had it show up myself on my HTPC build months back on boot. It turned out I did have an instability when I tested with Memtest86. Added an small amount of voltage to DRAM and fixed.
Have you tried running Memtest86, a bootable copy? I'd run that since you did encounter a memory management BSOD. You could have a RAM issue causing corruption to your OS, it's worth a look in my opinion. Also, did you install the latest BIOS/UEFI for your board? Temps look ok?

Wasn't the BSOD just a driver conflict? Motherboard is preflashed and idle temps at 33C.
