1060 not ready for VR?

I recently completed building my PC with a Gtx 1060 6 gb, Ryzen 5 1600 and 8 gbs of ram and in the steam vr test i was getting upwards of 130 fps throughout the whole test but it said that my computer was not ready for vr and that my GPU was the problem even though it says my gpu is vr ready all over its box.

the 1060 is VR capable

what does it say exactly? what do you mean by "not ready"?

Fine now after 4-5 more try’s it finally started displaying the actual scores from the test and says it is vr ready but thanks for the replie
