i7 7740x overclocking question

Thankyou! 1105 on cinebench is a good score? should i overclock further or? would love to know how to safely hit the limit w/o damaging anything
also, what programs to use, prime95 seems a bit too harsh, hitting 85 degrees right off the bat on the fps torture test x_x
