Can't get any display after cleaning up RAM

I can't get any display fan is still running tho. I was cleaning my ram then I accidentally inserted it in wrong way that's what damaged my motherboard atleast that's shopkeeper said. I tried my ram and power supply etc with other motherboard they are fine. It's motherboard that is causing the problem. Is thier any way to fix it without buying a new motherboard?

try clearing the cmos then use just onboard video and one ram dimm. try the dimm on the top slot first then walk it. then swap to another dimm. see if there any life out of the mb.

@smorizo tried cleaning CMOS battery doesn't work. I'm already using a single ram tried in both slot even with a different working ram still doesn't do the trick. Also could you plz explain what is onboard video and does running fan have to do anything with mb?
