Finally got my build up and running, sort of. Everything is working nicely, except the RGB fans that came with my case, the MasterBox Lite 5 RGB:

The Motherboard I am using is an Asrock z97 pro4 with my 4th gen. i7. It does NOT have an "RGB" Header on the board. So basically the fans do spin, but no lights.

Does anyone know how I could connect the splitter to the mobo?

This is the splitter:

This is the mobo:

Thanks so much!

Solution
You need either a mobo that has RGB strip connectivity OR an RGB controller.

Since your mobo does not have a 12V/G/R/B or 12V/G/R/B/W header for the RGB LED lighting of your fans to work, you have to get the controller:

This controller needs two connections: 1) an available USB2.0 (9-Pin) header on your motherboard for data communication, and 2) a SATA Power connection from your PSU's SATA cable to power it.
