I'ld like to dedicate one for each monitor. Will I be able to run a single application on both monitors at the same time? (Like multi monitor setup, moving cursors between and dragging a palette/tools box from one software to another?). I do cadding and gaming a lot. Not planning to sell any GPU in near future :) Can I run another Amd card with 750ti (just incase) ?

Just use the 10xx series card in extended desktop. I use dual 1080p monitors on a gtx660ti just fine. Trying to piggyback the 750ti will just be more hassle than it's worth, including a decent psu since there'll be 2x cards to power, additional heat in the case for no benefit, and the 10xx series cards are simply stronger than the aged 750ti, so using 2x cards will result in lowered performance on the secondary monitor.

And you definitely do Not want to try running an nvidia card paired with an AMD card, it's a driver nightmare to get stable, you'll generally get driver conflicts that'll include everything from blackscreens to monitors simply not working to pc shutdowns.
