GPU now only has 1 fan, will this affect it badly?

So a little cleaning accident (I won't go into details) has resulted in one of the blades of my dual fan Asus GTX 760 OC (OC by default) being broken off, which has resulted in it vibrating pretty bad and at high enough speeds it causes the entire case to vibrate.
(Note: the blade itself has not been found, but if I did find it could I reattach it or no?)

I have disconnected the fan, will it/should it still be safe to run and can I get a replacement fan (if so can someone link to where?) or would it be worth while buying a new Graphics Card (I can't actually afford it but just throughing the question out there)?

I only bought this Graphics Card a little over a year ago second hand from a friend of my brothers who took good care of it.

Thanks!

You should be safe going into Windows. Once there, be sure to install MSI Afterburner and monitor the temps while in use. Use the on screen display so you can see it in real time. If the card was nice and cool before, it probably would work, but if it was already running fairly hot, then it won't likely do well with 1 fan.

It's probably not entirely safe, so monitor it closely while you test.

No prob becs your gpu has a thermal throttling option and it will limit or slow down clock to avoid burning. how ever it will impact its performance. I would suggest you to buy a vga cooler if it is compatible like Vanten VGA fan or something.

Thanks mate.
The highest I have ever seen even whilst running more intense games was in the high 50's low 60's so I imagine it'll be fine.
I'll make sure to post here if anything further happens.

Huh didn't know it could do that, handy.
I'll look around to see if I can find anything compatible.

Ironically my dad suggested using my old spare 120mm Cooler Master fan. I don't have enough clearance for it and wouldn't it cause airflow issues or something along those lines because I only have 1?

Could always do that, no clue how you would match fan speeds either.
Also newegg is America only isn't it (I'm Australian)

If it's not getting too hot you can just leave it with 1 fan. I've done this for my hd 7950 for 2 years already and it's still fine.

I think I might just going to end up doing this, I just did a test and it's performing fine and thermals are good to. Only got to 42C.
