Every now and then my cpu would thottle hitting tdp limit not overheating just getting less power,
is there a way to unlock the xeon 1505m v5 (i cant overclock it either)
im using thottlestop
and my power supply is 330w
gtx 1070 pulls like 110-130w max
from the wall its like 190w
laptop is a dell precision 7710
