Hi everyone, thank you for taking the time to read this thread. My motherboard has not been properly working when it comes to the bios option, and obviously it's an important tool to have for your computer! Every time I boot my computer up, the first screen that pops up is this:

It's the normal ASUS starting screen! There is no problems with that, but once I hit DEL, F2, or even F8, it just shows this ugly looking screen:

CPU Over Temperature Error! That's a bit weird considering my CPU isn't melted. (Also two keyboards?) Then when I press F1 to enter setup (Bios I assume), it just gives me this wonderful display:

If you can't tell what it is, it is my mouse cursor that is the color green with a blank background! When I move it, it just leaves a trail, forever setting my fate to a screen of green cursors everywhere. The only way I can exit this (Broken bios I assume) and return to my computer's operating system is by pressing the ENTER key twice in a row.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem I have with my computer? Please help me if you have suggestions or solutions.

Specs:
CPU: AMD A10 (Idk)
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280X
RAM: 8 Gigabytes
Motherboard Model: ASUS A58M-A

I've already tried taking out and putting back in the lithium battery on the motherboard under the GPU (Great engineering by the way) ((Sarcasm)), Booting the computer without the GPU in the motherboard, and booting the computer again except this time only with the CPU, motherboard, and 4 gigabytes of ram.

Again thank you if you took the time out of your day to read this thread. It really means a lot to me since i'm on a tight budget and do not have enough money to invest in a new motherboard (Let alone a new computer). Thank you all so much, and i'll be looking forward to your suggestions!
