you have the money to spend to get a GTX 1070 yet you really skimping on the PSU one of the main components that keeps everything working why not get a top of the line PSU like an EVGA G2 or G3 save yourself a lot of headaches.
PSU Tier list tier 1-2 are good for gaming

I would recommend an EVGA SuperNova Gold G2 / or new G3 /GS / GQ, Platinum P2 / PS, or Titanium T2 or a Seasonic M12-II Evo or S12-II
GOOD PSU EVGA is a B2, G2, G3, P2, GS, PS, or T2. Avoid the EVGA B1 and G1 series/ I bought a EVGA G3 with 7year garentee

or a corsair 500 600 cxm there not very expensive but quite good not my cup of tea but quite cheap.

You have a max budget? Buying in US or UK? Something that can be used by the pcpartpicker, country can be changed at top the right hand side.

I would change several things here. The pcpartpicker is an easy way to show what. You for instance use a "K" cpu on a motherboard that cannot overclock. I would use faster ram. I would use a better quality psu. Really need a 1tb ssd? Often very expensive.

What is the pc for btw?

Thanks for the replies, I changed the power supply to EVGA - SuperNOVA GS 550W 80+ Gold, the motherboard to ASRock - X370 Taichi ATX AM4 Motherboard and the cpu to AMD - Ryzen 5 1600X 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor.

The pc will be for gaming and I don't really want to be spending more than I already am (£1350). And as for the ssd, I thought if I spend the extra money now, I won't have to worry about it later on.
