i7 6700k #1 core overheating

So i usually game on my PC and never had a problem but when i play all the cores get up to 80 or on 1 game all of them are 70-60 and 1 is up to 85-95 why would it do this anyone know my cpu cooler is Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo
Even when idle its 30-45

It is normal for some cores to run hotter than the others.
I expect at idle to see 10-15c. over ambient.
It looks ok there.
Your cpu will not throttle or shut off until about 100c.

Ultimately, the hyper212 is a budget cooler that will limit how high you can oc because of heat.
Look at the TDP guidelines from noctua.

You might want to consider a NH-U14s or NH-D15s if your case permits.
The hyper212 is not as good as the noctua NH-U12s.

Your case should have adequate intake airflow to let any cooler do it's job properly.
Two 120 mm front intakes or better should be sufficient.

Well knowing what you're telling me I'd have to look to the case and graphics card. If you don't have good case airflow then the heat from your graphics card will fill your case and cause other components to overheat. That is unless you have a blower style cooler. Try removing the side panel and see if the helps your temps. Dust buildup could also be causing it.
