No video signal until Windows 10 welcome screen

I have motherboard Gigabyte Z97-DH3 with the graphics card Nvidia GTX 480, and Windows 10 x64. My problem is that I am unable to see the BIOS. Whenever I try to boot into BIOS from Windows, either using Windows advanced restart, or Gigabyte's utility "Fast Boot", there's no video signal. If I then reset the computer or manage to blindly press the right keys on the keyboard and get through to the normal Windows start, the video signal begins when Windows welcome screen shows up, and then everything is normal.

It was perfectly capable of it for about 3 years, until Windows 10, with the same MB and video card. In fact it was capable also under Windows 10, but it looks like with each new build of it, it was becoming harder and harder. In the previous build I was able to enter BIOS by resetting it by jumper. Now even that does not help.
