I have done many a search on google and youtube but I have not been able to find a guide on how to change thermal paste on my specific model of card.

This is not something I have done before. Could someone provide some pointers?

The process should be similar with most cards with a aftermarket cooler. There will be a few screws in the back which need to be removed then the cooler gets unplugged from the PCB (or moved away from the card to make it easier to work on) then you should be able to clean off the old paste and reapply new paste and put it back together. Note on some models that if there is stickers over the screws and if they are removed then the warranty is void.

On your specific model there is only 4 black screws holding the cooler on.
