-Intel Core i5-7600 - 3.5 GHz *215euro
-gigabyte geforce gtx 1060 g1 gaming 6G (rev. 1.0) - OC edition *330 euro
-Seasonic FOCUS Plus Series 550W *85 euro
-MSI H270 GAMING M3 - Motherboard *104 euro
-Samsung 850 EVO Series 250gb *100 euro
-PHANTEKS Eclipse P300 *60 euro
-Corsair Vengeance LPX - DDR4 2x4 (8gb in total) *90 euro

last year i bought same RAM in red but 16 gb for 80 euro! now 8 gb is 90 euro :(

i think i will start with ssd and if it get full i will add later hdd

i am not sure which aftermarket brand gpu i should take.
asus dual O6G 6 gb or gigabyte windforce or other brands at the same price

is this a good build? is there anything i can do better on? or even relace some with cheaper components?

the rx 580 8 gb is more expensive here in BE/NL so i thought the gtx 1060 would be better choice, am i right?

Solution
The cheaper b360 and h370 have not been launched yet and they will be launched sometime in the 1st or 2nd quarter of next year.
For now only the relatively expensive z370 boards are available. So, get the cheapest z370 board you can find. The good part is, you will have an upgrade path in future if you want to switch to a 8600k or 8700k a few years later.

The build looks good but if it's available the i3-8100 (4C/4T) should perform about the same for cheaper however you will need to pair it with a Z370 motherboard as the non overclock "budget" boards don't come out until next year. Besides that the rest of the build looks good.

580 and 1060 are similar in performance, so you wont see much difference in them. Either is fine. Infact on gaming benches the 1060 looks faster... https://www.anandtech.com/show/11278/amd-radeon-rx-580-rx-570-review/9
All the brands perform in a similar range, so I would pick the cheapest one.

The build is solid but since the new gen. Intel Coffee Lake processors have been launches, you can take a look at them. They have more cores and can lat you longer. Also the i5 in your build has been relaunched as i3s in current generation and are much cheaper, although the cheaper boards are not available yet. For the 7600 you can look at the b250 boards as they are cheeaper than h270 with all the basic features needed.

AMD Ryzen is another interesting option to look at.

If you are inclined to go with the 8tn gen cpu like the i3-8100 you will need a Z370 based motherboard.
My sense is that they are priced reasonably and is a good idea if you might want to upgrade in the future to an overclockable K processor.

You would also need ddr4 ram.
