HD 5770 Crimson failed to install

As the title mentions i get an AMD installer stuck on analyzing system while i try to install Radeon Software Crimson edition for my HD 5770 anyone know how to fix this ?
Brand new Win 10 64Bit
MOBO: GigaByte GA-P31-DS3L
GPU : ATI 5770 1GB
CPU : Intel Q6600 quad core 2.4Ghz
RAM : 3GB of DDR2 @800 MHz
HDD : 500GB WD Blue
Resolution : 1280*1024 res

Yeah, that's best, that's what I ran when I was running my old HD 5850, works fine.

So i should just stick to Catalyst Software Suite and the driver 15.7.1 ??

Yeah, that's best, that's what I ran when I was running my old HD 5850, works fine.

Also i have a question i have an old HD 5450 somewhere lying around and i want to test it , my friend has an RX 480 can i just plug it in his PC to test it without any errors ?

He has a RX 480 so the drivers for that would have to be removed and then drivers installed for the old card.

but he just needs to find out if the GPU works he wont try any games or anything he just wants to see if it will boot up
