I've bought 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3000MHz sticks and when I put them into the slots - the computer doesn't boot (2nd and 4th slot facing away from the CPU). But when I place my old 8GB 2133MHz DDR4 ram then it does boot(in 2nd slot facing away from CPU). Can someone help me please?

Tried:
I've tried different slots, using both sticks individually, using both the new and old ones. All doesn't work. There's no video output but everything powers on including the LED's on the ram. I've also tried the integrated graphics and graphics card for output and nothing is happening.

I've cleared CMOS (the BIOS does say that CMOS has been cleared). Still no difference.

The EZ Debug on the motherboard flashes DRAM and briefly swaps to CPU before back to DRAM.

Computer Spec:
Intel i5- 7600k
GTX 1070
HyperX 8GB DDR4 2133MHz
CX500M PSU

Software Spec:
BIOS: 1.5 (Latest)
Corsair Vengeance RAM Serial Number: CMU16GX4M2C3000C15R

Unfortunately I haven't got another system to test them on. As an added note - there are 2 clicks when I push in the ram - so it can't be that...

Hi I've tested it with another working computer (i5 7500) and both sticks don't work, I'm guessing they are faulty then... :(
