How long does it usually take to get an AM4 bracket from CRYORIG?

I ordered one on the 2nd and they still haven't sent one out yet. Just have all my parts laying around, waiting for the bracket to start building :/

You havent gotten it, or it hasnt been sent out yet?
It sounds like a great question for Cryorig's customer support, they should be able to tell you specifically when your bracket should be coming.

I contacted their support and they just replied "We have confirmed it by our system that your AM4 Kit will be shipped out these days, sorry for asking you waiting such a long time." That was 4 days ago

If its been 4 days you can honestly ask them again. There is probably a backlog right now.
Thats not an excuse for them not telling you solid information though.

Is there any other place where you can get the bracket? I had no luck finding it on amazon or newegg. Might just buy one because I don't have the time to wait around.

AFAIK Cryorig is the only retailer of their adapters.
