Is 1050ti worth it for me?

So I have a pc with a a10 7860k, 8gb ram and a r7 360. In games like csgo or rocket league I get above 60 fps but in games like cod bo3 and pubg i dont. How much do you think a gtx 1050ti would help and what would be the bottleneck gpu limit for my cpu? Thanks!

Hello, your CPU is good enough for the 1050ti however i've seen that the GTX 970 which is slightly cheaper outperforms the 1050 ti by quite a lot. I think you'll get a massive increase in FPS in all games such as BO3 and PUBG. Also if you want even more (not much) FPS increase upgrade your RAM if 16GB if wanted 8GB is good but 16GB would give a slight difference.

the a10 is not strong enough to give you much benefit over a gtx 1050 ti, you want more gpu power you need a better setup

adding more ram does not give you more fps at all, higher speed ram may give you a couple of fps

The amount of ram will increase a bit of fps. I didn't mean much. If he wants to then he should upgrade his CPU to get more frames in games like PUGB and BO3.

Yup. In the UK you can find slightly cheaper ones but not a massive price decrease.

Well I'm kinda with both of them. You'd do much better with both a better CPU and GPU. But I understand you may not be able to afford both at the same time.

Ok what about forgeting the gpu and you guys recomend me the best 300€ upgrade i could do to my pc so i could start video editing since that is my dream job. Btw I also use 1440x900p 16:10 monitor so you can put that in recomendations too since im thinkin off a fx 8350 and mobo combo for 100.

I could support A Ryzen upgrade decision.

For 300 euro you'd probably be looking at a Ryzen 5 1400, 2x4GB DDR4 (preferably 3000MHz+), and a B350 mobo.

im just gonna buy a gtx 1060 probaply and dont worry about upgrading my gpu for a couple of years. in the mean time im gonna pickup a better monitor and upgrade my cpu, mobo, ram and case.

hi, so i know this is an old thread but due to my budget being around 150€ max im getting a gtx 1050ti which will be great combo with my cpu ( at least it is with a10 7870k and there is not much diference betwen the two ) and maybe buy cod ww2 or just wait for the next cod in 2018. btw i also just got a ps4 controller so im looking forward to play cod titles even more! one more question. should i buy cod ww2 or wait for the next one- cod ww2's campain and mp are awsome but zombies suck.
