200USD/300CAD $ Monitor to get... for this budget? >.<

Well i'm looking for a monitor that cost about 200 USD / 300 CAD (i'm from Canada) but there just so many choice out there.... and i dont realy know if a 144hz will be worth it ..... so if you guys have any suggestion please feel free to say it thank you for the help >.<
PS: I got a gtx 1080 btw.... (won it hehehe)
EDIT : I play all kind of game race/fps/rts/moba/mmorpg (thank for the reminder :p )

Always been using 24in till now isnt a 27in too big for gaming? o_O never used a 27in for gaming yet

Oh damn didnt notice it was a 2k screen ahahahah :p yeah maybe ill go for that :O damn forgot about those 2k screen lolz.... i was thinking about 144hz/4k but didnt think about those 2k :p ill prob go for the 2k screen ^^ thank you !

It's TN & IPS. The main difference is that TN panels have better response times (benefit for FPS like Overwatch/BF1) and IPS have better color/picture (benefit for single player or non-competitive games), that's why I asked what type of games you played as it better narrows which one to go with.
