HELP! I updated to the newest firmware version for the R7000 and now it doesn't have internet

Okay, so today I updated to the newest firmware version (1.0.9.12) and now my router (R7000) doesn't take the internet. Once I unplug the ethernet cable thats going into the router into my pc, I have internet, but when I plug it into the router then to my pc the router doesnt have internet. The 2nd to left led is orange. It has to be the router. I've looked up many ways to reset the router but it all include the pc being hooked up through ethernet and like I said, the router doesn't have internet so I can't connect to it. I'm suck and need help. Thank you!

Shows there to push something into the hole for reset, and usually you hold it there till you see all the lights go on and off or start to reset.

I've done that about 20 times now and it's still not working.

Yes I have a cable thats going for the router to the pc, and yes I have switched it out. I have internet well its coming straight through the modem, but when I plug it into the router it loses connection.
