550w "good" vs 650w "bad" psu?

The psu will need to power:

gpu: gtx 1080 ti overclocked
cpu: r5 1600 overcklocked to 3.8ghz / stock fan
3x case fans (1x 120/ 2x140)
1 hdd drive and 1 m.2 ssd
rgb mouse, keyboard and lighting inside the case

I was planning on getting an EVGA SuperNOVA G3 550W, i'ts fully modular with braided cables, it has 5 years warranty and is gold + rated, at a modest price.

but then i did those online tests that tell you how much wattage a system like mine would "theoretically" need... and the results said something between 570w and 630w

now are those test trustworthy? are they trying to sell you bigger PSU's?

also budget is something to have in mind, the 550w evga g3 with all of those features costs 80€, the same psu at 650w will cost over 100€

so, should i trust those tests and get a "worse" 650w psu for the same price? (non modular/non braided/less efficient)

or

is a 550w sufficient for the build i have in mind?

Summary

A lot of power supply companies, when they put a word like "Vengeance" on the side of their units, it's really just wishful thinking and they don't have the guts to really live up to the name. Corsair just showed us that is most definitely not the case this time. There's something wrong with the entire market if these things don't sell like hotcakes in their native market. The sheer amount of performance and build quality you get with this thing on just under $80 given the competition is mind boggling.

The Good:

mythic level average voltage stability
excellent ripple control
Gold and Silver efficiency most...

ahaha we use the same site to find parts!

Yes! i considered this one strongly but the reviews on it where pretty lackluster (loud/and hot) so my interest deviated from it :/

well priced

I got nothin'

The Mediocre:

not fully modular... I guess...
