Windows 10 minimizing twice?

So I recently noticed about a week ago my games would minimize and I don't recall having this before. It would minimize once to the desktop. Then I would tab back into the game. About 4-5 seconds later my game minimizes to desktop again! I've noticed this issue occurred again 5-6 hours later. Is this a bug?? Is there anything else that could cause this issue?? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

That also happens if you press the shift key 5 times but you would also receive a message about sticky keys. Some program or Windows is trying to get your attention. You might look to the Event Viewer which may have some more info.
