From my main router I installed a 30 m cat5e network cable to my ws319 wireless router. The problem I experience is that when I setup the router with a shorter cable everything works perfect. As soon as I connect the two routers on the 30m network cable, then the internet connection fail.

upstrream means uplink from your main router to your wifi router. your main router may be cheap and so it cant push data past 30m of cable. or its got a fault.
