Hello, I am using Karbonn titanium dazzle s201 android phone and I am facing a weird problem, whenever I download anything, click pics or make videos it always gets duplicated meaning if it gets stored in my SD card it gets duplicated and a copy is stored in my internal storage taking space in both my storages. Similarly if I store anything in my internal storage it gets duplicated and a copy is stored in my SD card and ends up taking space I both my storages. Also deleting 1 deletes both the files. A solution to this problem will be really helpful.
Every thing I download gets duplicated in my internal storage.

Your SD card seems to be set to mirror your internal storage. This would be done to save your data in case your phone died and you still wanted your images. Poke around in your settings and I'm sure you'll find it. Note that depending on your version of andriod you might have to set the SD card to mimic internal storage in order to move apps to it, but this won't impact data files like photos.
