Hi,
I have an issue with my computer. For a while now, the only way that I am able to turn it off is to hard power off using the power button. When I choose shut down, a few components turn off, but I can still see the cpu fan working. My computer does not fully turn off, and I am unsure as to why; it's as if it goes into hibernation.
Now, when I try to restart my computer, it fully shuts down, and then turns off, which is strange to me.
I have gone into power settings and told the computer what to do when I press shut-down/restart, I have just updated my bios, updated my OS from w7 to w10 on a fresh install to an SSD, all to no avail. Please help me; much appreciated.
