PC not loading windows

PC suddenly shut down today and now wont boot into windows. it will get past post and stay on but wont even boot to the windows install via the install disk. it also will get to windows recovery and freezes. tried 2 seperate install disks, swapping out RAM, and updating/clearing bios. any ideas?

-Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i
-Windows 10
-2 BENQ and 1 ACER monitors

if the mb has onboard video. pull the gpu see if it posts fine with onboard video. if it does try the gpu in another pc and a test gpu in the pc. if it still hangs try a test power supply. for the ssd plug in in another pc and run the samsung ssd test software.

i will try these tomorrow. i believe it had intergrated. thinking now it has 3 monitors connected and only one of then will actually show the loading screen all of a sudden. just going to suck replacing the 980ti
