How much bottleneck is too much?

I'm looking to buy a new pc that has an Intel Pentium G4400 3.30GHz and a nVidia GeForce GT 1030.

On i site i found (http://thebottlenecker.com) it says the GPU is going to bottleneck the CPU by 20%

The question I'm asking: Should I take the nVidia GeForce GT 1030 or should I save up for a better and way more expensive GPU?

The difference between a better GPU and this one is around $50-$60 with no bottlenecks.
P.S. Where i live there is not a lot of different GPUs so don't tell me about a GPU that is not worth buying over the shipping price. Thanks :)

I've never seen that site before. Although it told me my CPU was too weak for my GPUs by 14%. Not sure I agree with that opinion...!

All I'll say is that it's better to have a GPU bottleneck than a CPU bottleneck. You will get a more stable experience with higher fps 'lows' that way.

The G4400 is a low-end CPU ofc, with only 2 physical cores and 2 threads. There are always CPU intensive games out there that will cause it problems anyway.

As for a GPU to pair it with, something cheap with a bit more performance would be a 750Ti (2GB). You can find them used for about 70€ to 80€ in Europe which is close to a GT 1030.

I'm assuming you will be targetting 900p/1080p with ~medium settings and using a 60Hz display?

that cpu is NOT gonna bottlneck a 1030 it's not a deal... how about spending a bit more and getting a 4560 or 4600... for that price they are unbeatable and pairing it with a gtx 1050?

yeah i know they cost more and budget is tight, but adding just a little more will give u so much more!

check this out:https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=g4560

basically the bear minimum would be a g4560 with a gtx 1050.

either that or any less is just not gonna be worth the price payed

That site is absolutely useless.
Ignore it completely.
