Is it safe to buy a GTX 1080 from Amazon.in?

I'm building a Workstation PC. I like to know is it safe to buy from Amazon.in or not? I've heard many "Rumours" in India about recieving a broken item, empty box and not even delivering an item from Amazon.in

Even if I receive the item, what if i got a broken gpu? How tedious return process will be?

I tried to find a GTX 1080 or even 1060 in Local computer components shop but they don't have it. They have a decade old Geforce 210...

Im sure you can look up their return process on their site. To minimize the chance that you can get scammed, or taken advantage of, use a vendor with a lot of positive feedback. If its from Amazon itself and shipped by them, you have no worries.
