Gaming laptop help

hey everyone,

My desktop is pretty old not some games don't work because they don't support my cpu any more. also, my pc is broken, graphics card damaged because of over heating still work kind of, old cpu, blue screen of death because of RAM. i have DDR3 RAM which is very old now.
However, I need a laptop because i am doing final year project for my uni. also, i am a gamer so i am getting a gaming laptop.
So guys i need some advise a gaming laptop for up to £1700. do i really need gtx 1070 for some nice graphics. should i get 120 Hz laptop 1080p, 4k 60hz, or just standard 1080p 60hz.
blast all your knowledge at me.

tell me what you think about it the only problem it's that they sent me the FHD one and i can't get UHD
