Bought Ryzen 7 1700 and it keeps restarting..

Hi, I bought Ryzen 7 1700 two weeks ago and been streaming and playing PUBG great.
Two days ago, I tried to stream with 1080p, and suddenly the computer restarted.
From then, whenever I play PUBG or try to stream computer restarts soon after I start.

Here's my spec,
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700
GPU: Radeon RX 480
PSU: XTR 650
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE AX370-GAMING K3
RAM: G.SKILL 8GB X 2

I'm a computer newbie so I don't know what to do... Please help me!

100C for test is way to hot, especially stock. Should be around 75C. Are you sure you have a good mounting of the cooler? 20min was plenty for a quick test. Also, I'd try a GPU test, such as 3Dmark Firestrike or something similar. Another great real-world test is Realbench.

I overclocked it to 3.7GHz. After the restart started, I canceled the overclock right away but it kept happening. Even I resetted the bios. I just have a normal cpu fan. When I play other games it also restarts but not as soon as PUBG. Should I get a new PSU or Liquid Cooler??

CPU temp min 44C Max 100C. For 20 mins it didn't shut down.. should I do it longer?
