Hello everyone,

So after talking to some good people here in the forum, I`m almost completely decided of what to buy.

Since I have a tight budget, I`m looking for good cost-benefit hardwares, check them out:

Cpu: AMD - Ryzen 5 1600 3.2GHz 6-Core Processor
Cooler: Deepcool - GAMMAXX 400 White 74.3 CFM CPU Cooler (Heard it is very easy to install on ryzen 1600, but I didn`t find the temperatures with both the ryzen 1600 and this cooler, do you guys have a link to give me please ?)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3 ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Ram Markvision 8gb 1333mhz Ddr3 Desktop (Already have got it)
Gpu: MSI - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB GAMING X Video Card
Storage: I`m not sure the brad (I have to look it later) But I know it`s 1 TB
Power Supply: Thermaltake 600W 80 Plus - PS-SPD-0600NPCWBZ-W (I`ve seen some people saying it`s really bad and there is no way of using it because it could potentially damage the other hardwares, and I`ve seen some people saying it is ok, that it`s not the best but could fit on my pc, the problem here is: My dad gave me this and so I can`t change it, Am I able to use this one or I really really REALLY must change it for a better one ? PS: I`ve seen that it has the 80 bronze certify, I don`t really know what that really mean but other good ones also have this certificate)

Also have a ssd on and I`m gonna use the ssd for the pc I`m building.

The case I`m still not sure, but I`m gonna try to find it later.

I believe it`s way a good pc building and so could possibly be the hardwares I`m gonna buy in the end of this year.

Just need your help to get some information about the Cooler and about the PSU (Which i`m really not interested in changing for other one).

Also, if you guys have any better ideas about changing the other hardwares it would be extremely welcome, so please let me know (just remember I`ve got a tight budget)

Thanks so much, and appreciate any help!

You won't need to add a CPU cooler, the R5 1600 comes with a very good one as part of the package.

The memory won't work, you'll need DDR4, DDR3 modules won't fit.

Use the Thermaltake power supply, but look to changing it for a higher quality one as soon as funds permit.

If this is your first build, check out some of the 'how to' videos on YouTube or even the USA Newegg website before you start, they'll give you a good idea as to how the system goes together.

General tips:

Read the motherboard manual!

Use a good quality screwdriver, in good condition. Cheap or worn drivers can round off the screw heads and are likely to slip out,
rake a driver tip across a motherboard surface and it'll wreck the 'board.

It's easier to install the motherboard with the CPU and CPU cooler already on, you can hold the cooler to give better control of the motherboard as you guide it into the case and align it with the standoffs.

The case front panel usually uses half a dozen or so tiny little plugs that connect to the motherboard, use tweezers here.

Work in a brightly lit room with the case open and on its side.

You should ground ( Earth ) yourself several times during the build to clear any static electricity that my have build up, no need to get paranoid, just touch something like: A masonry wall-brick, stone, concrete will all do, a water or gas pipe, a metal AC/ventilation grille or a plugged in and grounded electrical appliance.

The big 24 pin motherboard plug is always tight, lubricate it with a little petroleum jelly-nothing else-and support the motherboard with the fingertips of your other hand.

Work carefully, at your own pace, one job at a time, and don't stop a job halfway through, restarting a half finished job is the single best way to let the Messup Monster in.

What about kingstom ram 8 gb 1600 mhz or 2400 mhz ? the price difference is quite high, is it worth buying the 2400 mhz or doesn't really make difference at all ?

what about changing the gigabyte gaming 3 for any of these asus motherboar: Asus B350M-A/CSM AMD Soquete AM4 OR Asus B350-Plus Prime AMD Soquete AM4 are there lots of differences or it's quite the same ? Because if it is, I've found these asus motherboards for lower price and would go for the asus one then.

The cpu is the ryzen 1600 and would use the cooler itself as you say it's a good one, and later think of buying the gammax 400 because it's cheap here.

The gpu would be the same.

Thanks

The stock cooler is pretty good and the Gamaxx wont give you much extra over it. So drop that cooler, and use the included one. You can overclock upto 3.7ghz or thereabout with the stock cooler.
The board was suggested assuming US location. Doesnt make too much difference though and you can go with the Asus Prime board.
Ryzen shines with higher RAM and performs better with 2666mhz and up. AMD recommends not to go below 2666mhz. Invest the money from the cooler on the RAM.

Or you do think this one could fit it good also ?

Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB 2400MHz

Remember, I'm not going to overclock since I'm not an expert on it and think the pc is already good enough to do everything without overclocking

Another question, can I buy like a 8gb ram now and later when I get able ($$) to buy another 8gb ram I buy it again and use them both with no problem ?

As i said before, going below 2666mhz is not recommended. Remember, even if you do not overclock now, but in 4-5yrs when the pc will struggle on certain tasks due to advancing tech, you might need to overclock for adequate performance. So keeping that option open is never a bad idea. Overclocking these days is very easy and there are infinite guides and videos on them.
The Corsair RAM is fine, and you can get 8gb for now and add 8gb later on. But try to get a ATX board with 4 RAM slots so that you can run the 8gb for now in dual channel. It will run better and you can still boot if one stick ever fails.

Ok so the Asus B350M-A/CSM AMD could serve as a good motherboard and so with 4 memory ram slot ? because this is a good option for me, or even the gigabyte gaming 3 could also be an option (but it`s a little bit more expensive though), and then I could buy for now a 8 gb ram hardware and then later when I get more money I could buy more 8 when add it to the mobo and it will work as if they were 16 gb right ?

And when you say is not recommended you mean that could damage something or that it would hold the potential of the cpu ?

And about changing the PSU, what about this one ?

ATX 650W Corsair CX650M Real 80 Plus Bronze

Is this a decent one ? would it suit the pc with no problem at all ? I wouldn`t have problem with this one and it just wouldn`t damage the pc ? Just found this one in a good price and could buy it together in the same store with the other hardwares =)

what about this Asus B350M-A/CSM AMD motherboard ? Would it underperfom or it's a good one ?

about the PSU, ATX 450W Corsair CX450M 80 Plus Bronze CP-9020101-Na (The yellow one) is this one you're talking about ? is this one a good one ?

if it is, I'd really save some buckets and it would help me a lot haha

This is the PSU.
And the lower range b350 boards perform around the same range. If saving money is your concern then get any of those, else get the Asus B350 Gaming F or MSI Tomahawk.

This one right ?

http://www.comprasparaguai.com.br/media/fotos/produtos/thumbs/big/976f1de2cc3ce0a16bab48c8708dbe8bea3e7ce0.jpg

Ok, I got my options for mobo, they`re the following ones:

Asus B350M-A/CSM AMD
or
Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 (looks pretty good)
or
AM4 Asrock AB350M Ryzen
or
MSI B350 Gaming Plus (looks pretty also)
or
Asus Prime B350M-e

Particularly, I liked the gigabyte gaming 3 but it`s more expensive than these ones, and I also like the Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4.

This asrock has 4 ram`s slot right ? as the msi gamin;g plus does as well, are these good ones ? If this asrock is a good one I`m almost sure I`m going for this one so, or maybe should I get the msi or another one ? u guys think which option could work better ? I think actually all of these could be fit my budget so now it`s only about choosing, which one would u guys pick ?

Yeah bro but the list are the ones I gave you in the answer above

Are these:

Asus B350M-A/CSM AMD
or
Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 (looks pretty good)
or
AM4 Asrock AB350M Ryzen
or
MSI B350 Gaming Plus (looks pretty also)
or
Asus Prime B350M-e

I cannot list more than that wheter because they get over my budget or they`re not available, there are the ones available on the website of the stores, and I`m not going to buy it in this month, neither on november, I`m going to buy them all in the end of december and I just wanna have in mind the hardwares I`m looking for, to go straight on the stores I need and buy them, get it ?

That`s why I made a list of hardwares (and I`m going for the list we decided here cause I`m pretty sure for now that it`s a good deal and has an awesome budget rating)

Furthermore I`m pretty sure they have the gpu ram cpu and probably the PSU, just not sure about specifically the motherboard, that`s why I asked a second one just in case =)

Memória Kingston HyperX Fury DDR4 8GB 2400MHz

and the motherboard I'm going for Asrock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4, if not available, the MSI B350 Gaming Plus itself!

Thanks a lot guy, and about oc the cpu with the stock cooler wouldn't it be a bad idea bro ?

Another question, the overclocking has to be manually turned on right ?

Or the motherboard fatality os msi is going to do it automatically ? I don't really know much about overclocking, sorry if it's a bad quesiton =)

Ywah bro I see, I know auto oc is a really really bad idea, qhat I mean is, will the motherboard auto oc automatically and then I have to turn it off (because I don't want it to happen), or auto oc just happens if I go to mobo and choose for it ?
And qhat about octhe ram? Isit possible and a goodidea ?
