I should start by saying this is my first PC. I am an ameteur. So I have a Raidmax Ninja 2 case, a EVGA 450BT power supply and a Biostar Hi-Fi A7OU3P motherboard. That’s all that is in the case. All of these parts are brand new, and I believe I wired everything correctly. Unfortunately, when I press the power button the fans start then stop immediately, but when I hold it, the fans and led run, but make a clicking sound every time the led flashes. I read some other articles, but I don’t think it is that the motherboard/psu is busted. Thanks!
