Any time I plug in any headphones I always get static on both my motherboard and case ports.This happened after I removed and installed my graphics card(same card). Only when I plug in my headphones on to my monitor is when sound comes out,but not when its on realtek. My motherboard is N68-GS4/USB3 FX R.2.

Sounds like you are having a driver issue with onboard sound. Try to reinstall the drivers.
The reason you get sound when you plug into monitor is because you are using the sound chip on your GPU.

Go into the windows hardware manager and select the Realtek audio unit and select uninstall driver.
