Just got my new Asus ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 (10Gb/s) Motherboards (Z97-A) and go to install it and it's seriously warped. Like, about 1/4" out of plane. Photo. Wow, just noticed it's warped even on the product page on Amazon (see side angle shot)!

I could screw it down to the stand posts, it will bend. But should I return it instead? I guess I could give it a try. If it works is it likely to remain working or develop problems later?

As for product page, it's not warped - it's just optical illusion caused by how the picture was made.
Definitely you should return it. If you try to force it with screws, it could possibly break, and you could not RMA it then, cos that would be your fault. IMO better safe then sorry, so I would return it.
