I have an i5-6600k and an asus z170-a motherboard with 16gb of ddr4 ram and a cooler master 612 and as wondering what is a very safe oc that will not degrade the lifespan for the cpu. This is also my first time overclocking and was wondering what programs I should use to make sure it is stable and run a stress test. Thank you.
