I am having a lot of fps issues when playing CSGO and some other titles.

It`s not due overheating or outdated drivers, i`ve tried everything i could imagine at this point to fix this and i don`t know what to do next.

My specs are AMD FX-8320E, 960GM-VGS3 FX ASROCK, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti GIGABYTE, 8gb RAM DDR3 Hyper X.

I am playing with all settings on minimum and i get 120 fps max, (i used it capped at 70 fps tho) and every 2 minutes or so my fps drops to 20 and stays for 20-30 secs.

Solution
Ok next open taskmanager again and select the CPU column. Watch it at idle for a bit to see if any programs are using more than 2%. If so you need to either uninstall or update the program as its not functioning correctly.

Disable shadowplay to make sure its not the cause.

Lastly I noticed you said games were on low. For some games that shifts graphics work onto the CPU. Try using mid settings while testing.
