So everytime I shutdown or restart my computer I am required to do a series of things to get it to boot back up past the Hp logo, 1'st is I have to press f2 continuously until the BIOS management menu opens allowing me to apply either an older, current or new image then after I select which image it says The system BIOS is being updated. The update will take a few minutes to complete.

Do not Shut down or remove external power from your computer during the process ( in red letters)

under that it says writing new bios image block ---/2048 it writes that till it reaches 2048 then once it reaches 2048 it then runs through the blocks again to verify Bios Image. After this finishes it says the system BIOS update is complete then gives me the option to restart system with a timer of x seconds going off for an auto restart once the restart happens it then boots to a red box that pops up saying invalid signature detected. Check secure boot policy in setup then I press enter to hit ok and it goes black screen with white text that says
">>checking media presence......
>>media present
>>start PXE over IPv4. Press ESC key to abort PXE boot so I press escape then it transitions to a blue screen with a blue box saying
Boot device not found
Please install an operating system on your hard disk.
Hard Disk - (3F0)
F2 - System Diagnostics
For more information, please visit" http://www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup so then I have no options but to press power and power back on and it will boot up with a screen telling me processor type and speed also l1,l2,l3 cache sizes and memory sizes as Channel A, and B info and Bios revision info, at the bottom it says press the esc key for startup menu however only after doing all this do I get to power on and press f10 repeatedly until it open the Hewlett-packard setup utility I select apply defaults and exit and hit yes Im sure and it restarts this time rebooting normally and gets to os and functions fine, I am truly not sure what is causing this.

Solution
when you had win run the test, did you mark both boxes in check-selection?

one of the things i recommend to any desktop user, unless your working in any form with it, shut it down in the evening/going to bed.
i also always disable standby and hibernation on any desktop.
its better to leave it running (less than 1h until next use), or to shut it down and save energy..

besides being better for your power bill and the hardware (there is a reason why server hardware is different/cost more to be running 24/7),
it also allows the OS/software to finish stuff/writing to disc etc.
e.g.True Image will not allow the OS to do "anything" that started/happened after i initiated a OS backup.
even that the process has finished, the OS was locked...

corrupt OS/HDD.
and/or dying HDD, when talking about older computers more likely.

laptop or desktop?
run full C drive check when it boots into OS next time.
or if you know the maker of the drive, dl the drive check tool they offer.

unless something with the hardware/temps etc.
but that doesnt usually show listen issues.

if you can, load bios defaults. save and power down button on psu.
unplug power, turn psu switch to on, press power button on case (and hold) for 20-30s.
switch on psu to off again, plug power cord back in, switch to on, boot into bios.
load optimized defaults and/or do manual adjustments. reboot.

dl crystaldiskinfo and check drive health..

Ok also thought I should add this problem has been occuring since about 4-5 months ago I just do not turn my pc off as long as its optional, and it performs flawless with no errors or issues gaming, or doing serious multi-tasking so i'm really confused. It used to boot up fine. On the otherhand I remember when I first powered it up it would lock up on the loop wheel loading windows but then that stopped happening and it was booting up faster than any pc I had ever seen. I am truly stumped

even that the process has finished, the OS was locked from changes to the drive before it started (so true image can clone it),
so until i reboot/shutdown, nothing will get written to the drive (and other things) and you would mess up things like updates.

not saying you cant run it 24/7, but so far it doesnt really run well, so try and see if it makes a difference.

if you have another drive that you can use to (test) install a clean windows, or make a backup of the whole drive
with something like true image (go to settings and make sure its set to single/full backup..) and install fresh.
if there is no difference, you can reimage the drive with the backup and get right back to the way it is right n ow, incl data/personal files stored on C..
