Why newest CPU on market says 4K Support Yes, at 60Hz when almost now we can buy 144Hz 4k monitors? Also I like this RAM https://www.gskill.com/en/product/f4-3600c15d-16gtz. It says Tested Speed 3600MHz Tested Latency 15-15-15-35 Tested Voltage 1.35v SPD Speed 2133MHz SPD Voltage 1.20v. What does it mean? Is this memory factory overclocked to 3600Mhz or it just can be overclocked? Does i7 8th supports RAM clock above 2666(or any CPU)?Is there are gaming motherbords that work with clock 3000+?

1. 4k 144Hz Monitor is no use due to GPU bottleneck, never reaches 144 FPS @ 4k
2. The ram specification tells you it can run 3600 with the DOCP timing which you can set in the BIOS. RAM will run @ 2133 by default
3. Any Z370 (the only chipset supports 8th gen I7) can support up to 4000+ MHz ram.
