Hello, PC Gaming Community.
I have a micro-stuttering issue with most of the games that I play, I use Nvidia's GeForce Experience to capture the frame rate, and I have noticed that it's capped at 60 FPS (my monitors refresh rate is 60 as well), and notice it going down to 59-58 or up to 61-62. I've tried looking for solutions on this site, and others as well. But Sadly nothing yet has worked. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks!
My Specs
CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 (3000)
PSU: 850 Watt (Not sure of the brand, sorry)
MB: MSI B250 GAMING M3
Hard Drive: 2x 1TB 7200 RPM (1 only has windows installed on it) (The other one has the games)
Case: NZXT s340 Mid Tower (2x Fans + 1 have a little standalone fan blowing from the back of the case)
Once again any help with be appreciated, thank you for taking your time to answer my problems!
Edit: All of the components are fairly new, the oldest being the 1070, which I purchased 2 months ago.
