sharing ip while it is changing the wole time

How can you share your IP with someone despite that it's changing the whole time? I'm logging in to someone's admin panel to download photo's for him and organizing them better to upload them again in another place but the company asked me to send my IP so they put me on the safe list so i can log in without any problems but i honestly have no idea how to do so and I even thought that the ip changes everytime your router is out and on again. Can someone explain me how do i do that?

It depends on ISP, if they provide dynamic or static IP addresses.
Static IP address usually is service with additional cost.

Ask your ISP, if you can't determine IP address range.

Can you maybe advise me which way is the best way to share the range? And do all people have dynamic IP's or only mine because it's changing?
